I bought a used engine from them and it was literally the worst mistake I've ever made in auto repairs for my whole life. They "tested" the used engine and said it was good. After it was installed they told me to come pick the car up. It was running horribly, sounded like garbage and it felt like 50% power from what it supposed to be. They acted dumb and pretended to try to fix the problem for over a week. It was bad(bad compression in all cylinders). I had to bring it home and test it myself after they finally gave up and said they couldn't find anything wrong with it. I am not a mechanic, I do construction and they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. They finally gave in and said they would find another engine. They couldn't come up with anything near the miles the one that went in there had. I found another engine elsewhere and had my car towed out of that clown operation. In the end I was not refunded my money and had to pay dearly for their ineptness. STAY AWAY! Do not give these crooks any more business. Look at all the other reviews. Even better ask any mechanic who knows about salvage yards around that area. I live in New Port Richey, over 30 miles away, and my neighbor a airplane mechanic who dabbles in auto repair on the side even knew these people are bad news. Don't take the word of other salvage yards even, ask the guys who know what this place really stands for. I guarantee if you ask mechanics around, they will tell you to steer clear of this abomination that they call a business. I cannot recommend enough to do business elsewhere at all costs. Listen to how they answer the phone....."Yeah?' That's how they answer the phone! That should have been the first clue to not deal with them when I first called up looking for a engine. This place deserves to be shut down as they are completely out of order.

The worst junk yard ever. Watch out!! They will knowingly sell you a bad part, and promise you it is in good working condition, and they test everything alternators, ac compressors, engines, transmissions... it’s all lies folks
Save your time and money, and go to a reputable junk yard. Or look online somtimes you can find a new part cheaper than what these knuckleheads will charge you.

4/14/2014 Recently my car was broke, (Mercedes C230), after taking it to various sites where I was cheated, someone recommended me this place .... and thank God that led me up there, these people are the maximum, in fact I had said my car needed a transmission, but the person who served me told me some words were a blessing to my ears: I'll check your car .... if this is not the damage transmission I'm not going to sell you one,... we'll see what the damage is ... Could be a long time writing about the good treatment I received, but better to summarize in this phrase: YOU ARE THE BEST. ! Finally my car was ready, and reasonably price .... I don't know about the rest of the other guys on here but Ive had nothing but good experiences with them. I had them install a motor in my 1996 Camry like 5 years ago and have never had a problem with it since. So when my 2003 Altima needed a motor installed I thought of Magic. I was very surprised when I read the reviews here, but I still called them and had them put the motor in, and so far so good. I know people rarely write reviews when things went good, but I had to say something in their defense.

Tried the other guys on the street. Stumbled through dirt and scoured over vehicles picked clean. Magic had the 93 Toyota door handle (new), and was $10 cheaper than the place on Starkey Rd. was asking. No, they didn't do any engine work, but for parts - good job!

Guys are worthless i had them put an engine in my nissan and they screwed so much up. had a loose belt and 4 days later the alternator fell off. would not send an enemy to these guys they are just a rip off and waste of time and money. I should have paid the extra money to have a real mechanic fix my car but thats the price you pay sometime.

These guys sell junk that does not work and then will not refund. The refund policy varies depending on who you talk to. None match the policy printed on the back of the receipt.

I called and spoke to a very nice gentlemen! I asked if they had a 95' Nissan Altima starter in stock and he told me yes,it's $50! That's awesome because it's almost $100 less than anyone else! Thank you so much Magic! You made my day a seriously MAGIC one!!!!! ; )
