We first met Jeanie at a home show, and bought a saltless water conditioner system for outside our home. It has been great! They installed an under-the-sink water filter too about ten years ago. They are excellent about servicing us over all these years! Thank you Jeanie & staff! Rich & Barb

Bad Install = ground collapse

My lawn company notified me that they could not service my lawn because of large hole developing on side of house (near my water softener installed by J’s Wholesale H20 - company replaced the original unit by Suncoast Water Tech.)

I thought there may be a leak in the unit’s drainage line so I called J’s Wholesale H20. Company came out right away and informed me that even though it appeared the Suncoast Water Tech Unit that they replaced was connected to the drainage line, it actually was not. Instead, tech told me that they NO LONGER USE DRAINAGE LINES. Instead, the pipe was just jammed as far into the ground as it could go and water was not coursing through the drainage line to sewage as original unit. (Pipe was placed in the ground adjacent to drainage line so it appeared to be connected.) Tech said they could not connect to the drainage line because pipe on unit was not made to connect, only to be placed as far into the ground as possible.

I made the decision to have the unit removed because it could not be connected to drainage. When I called and spoke with Jean, she said this was not true and Rico probably just told me that and it should have been connected to the drainage line and she would have Tony come fix it. But that must not be the case because company is now ghosting me – not showing up for scheduled appointments and not returning my calls.
