its refreshing to meet a business owner who gives you what you need and doesn't pump up the bill with unnecessary items. Bullet is the man! I go out of my way to take my bike to him. He's aces.

I'm a Die Hard Rider. I took my bike to Hands On and had Bullet (Owner) reset my derailleurs(Front & Rear) and show me some short cuts! (Saves on time when you're out riding) This is no bike boutique, But a shop where you get things fixed for a great price! (He didn't charge me) I would recommend this shop to anyone who is serious about riding and getting their bike fixed the right way.
