We have worked with Chris (Accurate Telecom) for several years in the course of both maintaining, updating, and upgrading our business phone system. Chris is truly a pleasure to work with, and has never let us down.

It's not often that you find a vendor who not only knows their area well, but can explain various options in layman's terms that a non-technician can understand. It's refreshing to be able to let Chris know what we want to do, and let him come up with the most efficient and cost effective way to actually do it. Whenever we need new equipment or new components, he always comes through with exactly the products we need at an excellent price point.

As a project manager, I work with a multitude of vendors on a daily basis. Chris is truly an exception to the norm and will always have our communications business.

I called Accurate Telecom, Inc. with a minor emergency, as I had recently discovered that my telephone vendor had closed his doors. I spoke with Chris, the lead technician, and he informed me that they would help me without hesitation. They were available within a few hours, but even made a few suggestions of things to try before their tech arrived. My system is an older one, purchased back in the early 2000's but they were able to find parts for it and got us back up and running in short time. The tech that came out was professional, neatly dressed, and very humble. He didn't speak over-my-head with tech-talk, he explained everything to me so that I understood what he was doing and what it would take to solve the problem. I recommend them every time I hear another business having phone troubles, or perhaps looking for a new system!
