We went to Clear Lake for the weekend to see a show at the Surf Ballroom. We loved the location of this hotel which was across the street from the lake and next door to the Surf Ballroom. The owners were very friendly and stated they were doing a lot of improvements. It had a lot of charm to it. The rooms were a little dusty and coffee was left in the coffee pot which we thought was kind of ick and could have used a little more cleaning (dusty) but overall was a nice place. We would stay here again.
