This company has everything you need from various sized cake boxes to party supplies. The staff are friendly and eager to assist you with your cake decorating needs.

Horrible store! I have shopped here several times and each time was a horrible experience. First off they are way overpriced! They are the only place in the area where you can find those little specific decor items for cakes. They know that and that's why they charge so much. Supply and demand 101.



I'm new to cake decorating so I went in there looking for a spiral icing tip to make a decorative design on my cupcake. First, they had no idea which piece to tell me to buy. How do you sell products in your store that you don't know how to use? How do they offer cake decorating classes but can't answer basic cake questions? Maybe they don't want to give their customers free advice?



....oh and the tip they told me i needed was wrong!



Now on to the attitude. ...



The attitude varies from day to day. One time a lady refused to assist me by keeping "busy". Another time a gentleman was filling balloons for a customer and refused to look at me nor acknowledge that I was standing right in front of the counter staring at him. If you ask for a cake design opinion you get the "I don't know" response. From what I have noticed, if you place one item on the counter to pay you get the cold shoulder. When you start piling items on the counter, you see a smile and actually get a "come back soon" wave goodbye. This is supposed to be a mom and pop type of business, but their attitude is more of a "I'm walmart and you need me more than I need you".



Yuck! I dread going to this place and only go their when I absolutely have to.....the same similar feeling I get when having to go to the obgyn. Hate doing it, but have to. I can still feel the queasy feeling in my stomach from when I had to give them $10.99 for a little plastic tree figurine that should have cost $1.00. Ok. I have to go and take a zynax. All of these memories are going to give me an anxiety attack!

Wonderful Cake Decorating selection, also Merckens Chocalate and Candy molds. I was very pleasantly suprised to find so much cake and candy supplies in one store. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Well worth the drive.
