We have tried to have a shed built on our property for over six weeks because they said they were behind. We have repeatedly called to find out a time frame and we kept hearing that "there is someone ahead of you". That was two and a half weeks ago. The woman who answers the phone is rude and hung up on us several times. My husband said we might cancel because of all the trouble and this woman took that as an answer to cancel it and threw our paperwork in the trash. Very dissapointed. They are less expensive than their competitors and they know it. We feel like they pushed us to the side cause they don't really like building on site.

I would not recommend using Byrds or Eagle Carports!  We ordered a carport from Byrd.  We drew a sketch of what we wanted and talked to them multiple times. Paid the deposit and Waited.  When the carport was finally delivered it was all wrong.  Nicole and her Manager at Eagle told me it was all my fault and it is customers like me who have ruined their reputation.  I called Byrds's.  The owners daughter was not friendly and told me they had nothing to do,with it after the order was placed.  I found that funny since she knew exactly what had happened.  She too told me it was my fault for not being clear on the order.  I asked if she provided a drawing to Eagle.  She said that's not what they do.  Long story short, they were very rude, they took my $160 deposit and didn't give a darn about helping me or trying to resolve the situation.  I have no carport and lost $160.  I Would strongly recommend  looking for another company with more commitment to customer service.  Byrd's has no problem keeping your money and providing nothing in return.
