This place is beautiful and we had an awesome experience last year there. The food , staff, and Lucy the manager were all top notch, I would recommend the Waterfall to all my friends.

This place is absoulutely horrible, Don't let the nice appearance of the facility fool you. The people who run it are inconsiderate crooks, especially Lucy Scotto, she is very cold and rude. We had to postpone our wedding in 2008 due to the economy and me losing my job. Lucy said we could not get our $2000.00 deposit back even though we canceled way in advance and they ended up selling the date anyway 08/08/2008. Long story short i am back to work and we have saved the money to get married, so i called Lucy and asked if we could use our $2000.00 deposit towards having our reception there in June. Her response was "like i told you before you cancelled so you lost your deposit thats the best we can do" sounds like you did absolutely nothing for me Lucy so THANKS SO MUCH!!! BTW... no offense to anyone that lives in claymont but I will say the inside of their facility is very nice, with that being said the outside surrounding the building is not a very nice area. I totally agree with another review that Lucy is not a very warm person she does seem miserable and probably not the one you want planning your special day. As i finish this review I am kind of glad we are not getting married there because we really didn't like her attitude even before we cancelled in 2008
