The owner and her daughter(an instructor) are the most unfriendliest people I have ever dealt with in this kind of setting. They have never said hello, they're annoyed if you ask any questions. They take the girls in, send them back out and assure they won't be handed off unless they see a parent but it's always so chaotic in there and they really don't make sure the kids go with parents. The husband is always in and out when I've been in there but really doesn't know about anything that's going on to be helpful and there are several grandchildren there that throw in their two cents, are on the computer, are talking over the owners, and have they have even let the younger grandchild process my credit card after I handed it directly to the adult. I will not sign my daughter up here again.
