I wish I could give 10 stars because my experience was worth so many more than 5. In October, I had what I would later learn was an MPFL tear. I was told my one orthopedic surgeon that I would need surgery before I would be "normal" again. I had another tell me that we could see what Physical Therapy could do in 8 weeks, and revisit the situation with surgery being on the agenda to return to normal. I write this, 6 months later, having made a tremendous recovery WITHOUT surgical intervention.

With the dedication Andy and Gunnar, and the support of the entire team, they made me believe in myself, trust my body, and achieve my goal of recovering without surgery! It wasn't easy, and there were times I wanted to give up because it seemed impossible, but every time I walked through those doors, I was met with such a positive and encouraging environment that helped press forward.

Andy and Gunnar were both extremely kind and charismatic, listened to what my goals were, and made sure my program would help me achieve them. I can say in some ways, I am even stronger than before my injury now. They were fantastic to work with, and I'll miss seeing them every week. I worked with most all of the techs on the team since I was there 3x a week, but Scott and Joe were who I worked most frequently with. They were also fantastic to work with, always cheering me on and keeping me laughing when I might not have been having the best day.

If you have anything that you feel is "off", or consistent pain, I urge you to come to Health Quest in Clawson, and see what the team can help you achieve. My life is forever changed, and I am so grateful for this team.
