We've dealt with this company since 1962, when we bought our first home, and WERE very satisfied. When we renewed our homeowners' insurance in 2015, we found them to be unprofessional. We went to the office in Clawson because they diddled around and we had to pay in person. In the past, we were called at the time of renewal, and either advised to stay with that certain company or change to another. We have since changed agencies, and would NOT recommend this agency.
