I was very unhappy with the response at Amy's Hallmark in Clawson. They will not honor the coupon available at hallmark.com. Why asked why, they responded that each store is owned privately and they can choose what they want to honor...and they choose not to. Then they started in that the item I wanted to purchase was on-sale...which the coupon says is honored and then they went back to their "we are privately owned" response again.



I will make sure to go out of my way to avoid all Amy's Hallmarks. Independently owned or not...they use the Hallmark name and should honor what Hallmark offers.
