I told the nice gal today Thursday April 12th 2018 @ 5pm that every time I come through it’s not rinsing my truck and she said her and her manager were just speaking about it, that’s what the guy told me last time I came through. That their employee (title?) was off having a baby, they try to do repairs in house? Well, my thought process is everyone’s paying a lot of money to wash their vehicles so it really should be a priority and hire someone to fix the issue ASAP! With the warmer weather it dried fast and the soap drys and spotted not good for the paint. Not to mention today my vehicle smells like a fish boat wTH? Don’t get me wrong they are nice folks but after being told so many times about an issue and you already are aware please fix the problem. For now I have to go elsewhere until you repair BOO.
