This place is a nightmare. They told me that a procedure was not covered by insurance and quoted me a price only to find out that I had to pay a higher price because this procedure was not covered by insurance. Trickery. Also I escorted my daughter in the surgery room only to witness bloody tissues of the previous patient. Dirty. I have since visited another dentist that uses updated/modern techniques. Don't be fooled by the initial lower price.

The place is good, but the bil...

The place is good, but the billing practices are questionable. Recently my child went there for initial orthodontic evaluation. They took the deposit of five hundred plus dollars towards ortho records and treatment. . The initial estimate they gave us was modified by them when we noted that we have paid deposit. The monthly payment estimate is reduced by fifty dollars or so after that in the updated estimate. During this time, our insurance has changed. They did not service members of this new insurance company. I asked for a copy of the records and expected some amount charged for this. When I asked for refund, I expected some of the deposit returned to us. But this dental office did not return any money to us. I checked around for typical ortho records charge in this area and it is around $300. For giving the copy of dental records, it is $20. This dental office want to utilize the fact we changed the insurance company and charge the whole five hundred plus dollars we gave them to give the ortho dental records to us.

A few years back we went to this facility for filling on one of my childs baby tooth. They referred us one of their out-of-town dentist. He told us initially that he needs to extract one tooth and do root canal on two. Since my child is little apprehensive of dental work, we oked for anesthetic procedure. This doctor extracted six teeth out and did root canal on another six. We are shocked after the incident and suffered severe mental pain after this whole incident. Please be careful choosing this dental facility.
