The guys at Alpha are great, I trust them to give me the best price for the services rendered. Being a women you have to be careful with auto repair, I don't worry when I go to Alpha, I am very comfortable because I know I won't be charged for services not given.

This is the worst place to take your car. They are dishonest and do not honor their warranties. They will lie, lie, lie and the Owner, Windale Wright will not take your calls if you try to get your money back. TOTAL CROOKS!

Some people have good experiences and some don't .I was one of the ones that did NOT have a very good experience. Im on her now looking for a very good mechanic.They do not stand behind their work 100%.I was very dissatisfied.I will not send anyone there.I could give them a 2nd chance,but I want.I tried them once,will not go back.WE always know how to mess up something and wonder why we can never get any business. my opinion...
