Our a/c went out called them they told us to change the filter and hose unit off so we did and it started working again but I still wanted them to check it out for me,so they showed up 2 days later and the guy looked at it and said it was fine and we signed up for their monthly plan. Well 2DAYS later it went out against I called them back and 4 days later the same guy came out and now told us the compressor was locked up tight and we needed a hole new system, well I called someone else the next day they came right out to look at our system, well long story short he fixed it and we was back up and going for a $30 part. And now groggs wont take me off the monthly plan, SO DONT EVER CALL THESE PEOPLE EVER

My furnace broke down on a Friday night. Grogg's came out that evening and gave us two options, one was numerous expensive repairs or two was to get a free quote on replacing the system. Since the furnace was 20 years old I opted for the free quote. A comfort advisor came out and gave us plenty of options. I highly recommend them for service or new equipment.

I enjoyed working with this company every step of the way, from the first day when I called in for my appointment to the last day when my new furnace was installed. Everyone was so nice and professional and they always showed up on time!

The whole team over at Grogg's was fantastic to deal with. From the time I first called in and spoke to Laura to book my appointment all the way through the installation of my new furnace, the Grogg's team was professional, polite and always on time. Would highly recommend to anyone in the Clarksburg area.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE INCREDIBLY SHIFTY! They are putting in installation in a bedroom. First they said they'd be done by thursday, then they said by monday, now they're saying they wont start up again until Wednesday. Someone lives in this room! Three pets live in this room!! Everything has been uprooted and moved and drywall dust is now stagnating everywhere since they've been gone since thursday. The animals had to be relocated because the stagnating dust could kill them, and the person living in this room isn't able to sleep there until they decide to finally come back. They keep putting off the job we paid them for. Be wary!!!

Our family recently had to replace furnance. Don came to give us an estimate, he was very professional, came on time to give the estimate, and even gave us a followup call. If we weren't living on one income, we would have chosen this company to install our new furnance.
