I went to LaRog in July to have my wedding ring diamond reset. I came away with a beautiful ring that exceeded my expectations. Carrie and Teressa were so helpful that day and so fun to work with. Last week I went back to shop and have some diamonds extracted from some rings to create a couple of Christmas presents for my daughters. In looking for an honest place to sell my unwanted gold items, I saw a review stating that LaRog treated them like second class citizens & another said their items were taken from their view to analyze. My case was the opposite. The staff was very pleasant & my pieces were tested right in front of me. I even heard a staff member tell a customer who was wanting to sell gold coins that they would get a much better price at a coin dealership than LaRog was able to give. Research is key in conducting a transaction like this & 10K gold isn't going to net you $1800. My experience was very pleasant & I would recommend LaRog to my friends.
