Worst customer service ever!!!!. the office manager never returns my calls. it seems as if she is conveniently always out of the office.She just doesnt care. i dont know who lets her get away with not calling customers back. im glad to be moving out of Walnut just to be able to use a different service. Im 75 years old. I dont need the aggravation. Very very very poor service.

our whole compound units are NOT HAPPY with the service of VVS, did not pick up our trash bin. called customer service and even talk to the supervisor "Xavier" I think is the name, VERY VERY VERY POOR customer service (supervisor included), they seem to have same attitude, not pleasant to talk to, I was told the driver came by at 5:55am, honk 3 times and nobody open the gate for him, which is a BIG FAT LIE because we were all waiting since 5:30am for the driver, how can no one hear the honk of a truck??? I think the driver is just plain lazy. I was told that VVS will charge extra $85 to come back to pick up trash, WHAT??? As if we are not paying enough for their service? Oh yeah, WHAT SERVICE??? We were doing fine with our previous trash company, I do not understand why El Monte has to switch company. Bottom line!!! VVS provides VERY VERY POOR service overall. I hope El Monte finds a better trash company to service the city. Does not even deserve a one star.

I wonder how many of the negative complaints came from connections to Waste Management. Valley Vista has been GREAT from day 1. The trash is picked up on time with CLEAN trucks. They are doing a fantastic job and the prices are sure alot better than what Waste Management was charging. WM had their own dump facilities, etc and they continued to do that awesome job of picking up trash and also PICKING OUR WALLETS CLEAN TOO

I have had a number of companies for business and personal residential services, Valley Vista Services is by far the leader in the pack. Competitive pricing and spectacular service. Not sure what problems other have experienced but non here, A+

I would actually give them NO STARS!! There service is horrible! I am forced to use Valley Vista since the City of El Monte changed trash service. I am very disappointed that the city changed service providers. They do not pick up trash on a regular basis and forget about getting in touch with them! The phone system is just a repeating message and never goes to a live person. I would not recommend this horrible business and can't wait to change service providers.

In my neighborhood located in Hac. Hghts., the majority used Waste Management - we were happy with their services and their prices - Valley Vista entered our area some time back and those who wished to change trash companies did so at that time. Recently, we have been forced to transfer to Valley Vista Services - we did not ask for this nor do we want it !! Our first week with VVS was horrendous - they missed half the barrels on our street - and when I phoned Celina at VVS she instructed me to buy trash bags and to tell my neighbors to do the same. Any company without competition is dangerous !!

Very poor service...actually no service at all. I'm a new home owner and paid their $60 fee for 3 months of trash service. What did I get? No trash pickup for 2 weeks! Unacceptable performance.

Customer service so disrespectful to customer. You don't have to raise your voice & question the customer. Your job is to take care the customer and explain to them in the right manner!!

frank mora and art(don't remember the last name) are very disrespecful to the costumer and they have such a "nasty" superiority attitude towards people. I believe they don't deserve the position they have.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN.CELENYA, MY SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE WAS ATTENTIVE AND VERY KNOWLEGIABLE TO MY PERSONAL NEEDS. I NEEDED TWO LARGE BINS. I GOT ONE FIRST TO SEE IF THAT WOULD WORK, BUT I DID EVENTUALLY USE TWO BINS. ALSO THE COST OF TWO WAS ALMOST EQUAL TO ONE AND A HALF OF RENTAL IF I HAD THO USE ANOTHER COMPANY. I HAD MONEY PUT ASIDE FOR THAT PURPOSE, THEREFORE I HAD ENOUGH LEFT OVER TO TIP THE NEIGHBORS, PIZZAS AND BEERS. JB2 A HAPPY CUSTOMER.
