The grooming department opens at 8 a.m., and we called Cesar, the store manager, at 8. He told us to call back at 08:30, when we called back at 08:30, he asked us to call back at 09:00, and we called back at 09:00, he asked us to call back at 09:30. I told him that this is not acceptable and he told to me to have a nice day and after that he cut off the conversation with me. I would not recommend this store to anyone who cares about their pets and value their time.
