I went to this salon 3 times. The first time, I had my hair done by Jenny the owner. I was her exclusive client. The color & cut was show stopping. She is definitely talented. The 2nd time she had hired alot of newer stylists and with their help she would work on 3 - 5 clients concurrently and have the other newer stylists check the color, apply the foil and be part of the treatment. My cut was not bad as she did it, but the color was not good at all. At the urging of a friend I went back a third time and told her I would not accept multiple people working on my hair. She said no problem. What happened was she still worked on 4 people at the same time, she just didn't let anyone else work with me. The result was crummy.
