I took my 3yr old son there for breakfast. The French toast was soggy and my sons French toast sticks were nothing but soggy bread. I did not complain because I don't like doing that. I went to use my "Buy One Get One Free" coupon and was told that it didn't go for the kid's meal! They are called a "MEAL" what are you talking about? I told the girl that it wasn't stated one there and they should put it on there, cause as far as I was concerned that was a bait and switch! I own my own restaurant ad I would never treat customers like that! Then she asked me if I wanted the coupon back for the next time! REALLY! No thank you! You can't even give a $5 meal away after somebody bring it to your attention that it doesn't exclude kids meal! I will NEVER go back to Friendlys! PS. This is not the first time I've heard about something happing like this! So BEWARE using coupons because they WILL NOT honor it even if your in the right! I personally think this is the BEST way to lose customers!
