Got a Chevy Trailblazer from Mr.Allen everything ran smoothly. Mr. Allen is also keeping his word about repairing what needs to be fixed if need be. I appreciate his honesty and everything got my title within an appropriate time frame . I will and have recommended him to several other of my friends and family.

I bought a vehicle from Allen at xpress motors. I got a decent deal on the vehicle, but beyond that was handled very unprofessional. I was given a 45 day tag. In ohio the dealer has 30 days to put the title in your name. I called after 32 days and was told it would be in my name before the plate expired. I then called 2 days before it expired and no one would answer the phone, they would text, but not talk. Was talked down to and all but called names because I wanted my title, and wanted things done they way they were supposed to be done. Finally 3 days after the 45 day tag expired and a complaint to the attorney generals office they put the title in my name. He text to tell me this, and said they would mail it to me. A week later I still did not receive the title, they would not answer the phone so I had to go down to get a duplicate title so I could tag the vehicle. Also according to the attorney general complaint department there has been many title issue complaints for this here today gone tomorrow car dealer.

Horrible. This man Allen is a crook. He kept my certificate of title. Didn't fix the rack and pinion correctly. Lied and said he put a new one on. It was a used. One and then he didn't do all the things you r supposed to do when you replace a rack and pinion. I spent 500.00 it had to be towed because it stopped running about 20 minutes after we drove it off the lot. Called Allen. He wouldn't return the phone call. I took it very well most would have taken him to court. He is not a nice man and certainly not a business man.

My granddaughter brought a car from this place, Feb.11,2016. paid 3200 dollars cash,3 weeks later the engine blew! Alan (the salesman) fix for this is, tow it out there for 80 dollars, to sell her another engine for 500 dollars, charge labor of 500 dollars, but get this the web page states aside used car sales, he REBUILDS ENGINES, AND TRANSMISSIONS !!!! HE ALSO KNOWS HOW TO RIG THEM, Pleas don't shop with him , this man is a crook , NOT A BUSINESS MAN!
