Wheat a great dealership. 100% class place with a bigger than normal selection of the new models. Spent an hour with me on the latest features for next years models, helped save me about 3000 on options I wanted. Patient and professional, and this is my 3rd benz, wont go anywhere else, class act.

I have been so disappointed with the service department at this dealership. I have had two terrible experiences. The service manager took my vehicle home for the weekend without my authorization, in the 4 days that they had my vehicle they put over 200 miles on the car...not acceptable and I received no resolution even after getting the general manager involved.



The second experience was 4 times more expensive than I was quoted elsewhere...told them to stop service immediately and I went elsewhere.



I will never return to the service department or consider them when I look to purchase a new vehicle!

These people are terrific and the cars are beyond belief. They are the only Smart for two dealer in Cincinnati but since they are the best that's okay! These guys and gals are so SMART they know all there is to know about this cute little vehicle and they are more than willing to share their knowledge. I've yet to come up with a question they can't answer. They go out of their way to make you happy. They're fun to be with, fun to deal with, and they like to share the fun.
