Not sure where to start.



First visit: Walking thru the mall and see the store. I will need some shirts done in the near future and its a local business, besides it is in the mall and close to the house. The owner was friendly and encouraging. Did not mind if I brought in some of my stuff to have them print on it.



Second visit: Left feeling not so sure about the owner. Did not want me to bring items in to be printed on. Attitude was not as good as first time. Due to time constraints I decided to move forward anyways, after all, what can go wrong. Emailed files to the store so return visit to finalize order will go smoothly.



3rd visit: Not good. I identified myself and said I sent my files over so the store should be able to give me pricing. No one ever looked at anything and no notes were left so the employee did not understand what to do. Finally, after calling someone and pulling up my files, I got the prices and agreed. Was assured the job would be ready in time.



Next to last day: I call and ask about picking up my order, which was 2 sets of shirts). Order not ready but will be ready on the last day.



LAST DAY: Phone rings, order is not ready. In fact, at 2:30pm on the last day they are just checking the files I sent over 2 weeks ago. I have to make adjustments to the drawings and resend immediately. One hour later corrected files are sent. 7:30 pm I go to pick up the items and are told it will be a bit. Dinner.... Go back to store at 9pm. Order is not done and not sure when it will be done. One of the orders was actually done and I did take it at that time. The owner did agree to deliver them to me after they were completed. So, at the end of the day I lost about 5 hours trying to pick up my order instead of doing other business.



The BAD:

Unfortunately, I was trying to introduce my new logo and company name to potential clients, but since the store does not know where a company logo goes on a shirt I had to lose out on a great opportunity. Location of logo varied widely depending on the size of the shirt. I was so embarrassed that I put them in a bag until I calm down.



The GOOD

The owner stayed and completed the job and delivered it to me. He also was honest enough to drop off my wife's ring that I left in the store that night. The 2nd shirt turned out good. Both designs were large and easily centered in the shirt.
