Very bad maintenance. A few residents and I have had to deal with our lights being off for months and in that time, kept sending inexperienced electricians into our homes only to tell us they "I'm gonna have them send someone else over." Which took about a month! Witnessed a lady complaining that someone shot through her window!!! Cmha gave her no choice but to pay for it. It's not going to make a significant difference for us when they finally get rid of the business completely... I look forward to seeing downtown Cincinnati cleared of Cmha housing.
