I would've used ZERO stars if allowed...

On Monday, 10 February 2013, I arrived at the front door of UPS Store #4557 at 6:57PM with parcel in hand. I checked my phone so I know it was 6:57PM. The employee asked what I needed and I replied that I needed to pay and have a label printed. She also checked her phone and knew what time it was. She said "Can you come back tomorrow?" to which I replied "Not very conveniently." She said that she couldn't help me since her system was shut down. I mentioned that the website said they were open until 7 pm. She reiterated that her system was shut down as she could not help me. Meanwhile she was locking the door and her ride was at the curb. After a brief exchange on the sidewalk of her reiterating "system shut down" I replied that I would raise a [expletive]storm and she said "go ahead" or something to that effect. I then heard her complaining about me as I returned to my vehicle.

DO NOT go to this UPS Store for mailbox service. I would have rated them zero stars but that was not an option. I have had a mailbox at this store's location for over three months now and the customer service is horrible. I have yet to receive one email that informs me that I have a package there, (a great selling feature of UPS Stores). The girls...yes I said girls and not ladies working in the store have the worst customer service attitude. The impression I get when I go into this store is they hate their job and they would rather be scrubbing toilets. I made the mistake of renewing my mailbox the other day on the belief that the store was going to improve their service. Still no improvement...BIG MISTAKE! Once again I went in to get my packages and was told a lie about the delivery time and when I asked why I still wasn't getting emails I got some lame excuse. If I was the owner of this store, I'd fire everyone there and start over with a new competent staff. LET THE GHETTO GO! My last thoughts...to the staff there now, if you hate your job so much then just quit. You're giving the UPS stores a bad name.
