This company is complete crap. My mother got into a minor car accident and she for whatever reason chose this repair shop. The insurance company sent her checks to cover the cost of the repair. Her car has been in the shop for a month and it is still not ready. First, they said about a week and a half. Then, 2 more weeks. Then 2 more days and so on. She was supposed to finally get her car back Monday. We stopped by and still not ready. They have ZERO communication with their clients. They even told my mother that they have been buying shit parts basically so they can make profit. It took me raising my voice at them so that they can order the bumper from the dealership instead of who knows where..which they should have done in the first place. I have no idea what they are doing to that car because it just seems like laziness. I wouldn't be surprised that they are sawpping out parts from her hood just to make money out of it. I will be posting this in all the sites cuz yea, I'm pissed.
