ABSOLUTE terrible experience. After waiting 4 weeks for my appointment I was told I would have to reschedule. My appointment was at 8:30 am. Tried to call for directions but could not get through because Dr. Longabari's message was "office hours are Mon-Fri 9am -5pm". After arriving 5 minutes late, the receptionist insisted on rescheduling. I then dialed the office number from my phone so she could hear the recording to explain my tardiness but to no avail. However she said she would speak to Dr. After waiting 15 minutes in the waiting room, Dr. Longobardi called me in the hallway. " I understand there is a problem, how can I help you?" he says. While trying to explain my self again. He told me my appointment was at 8:15. He looks down at his sheet and realizes that it was at 8:30. He explained there was so such recording, that the phones were turned on, and he didn't have time to take me, essentially calling me a Liar. This taking place while he is talking over me. After "arguing" with Dr. Longobardi, I told him "No thank you, I will take my business elsewhere". He then threatened to call the police on me as I was walking out.

This was the worst experience I have had at any doctors office. From the receptionist to Dr. Longobardi, both were rude and argumenative. ABSOLUTELY low class!!!



p.s. Couldn't post without giving at least one star, but this business doesn't even deserve that.
