Call these folks first. They gave me a quote for mulch and topsoil that beat the competion. I made several calls and even talked to neighbors about prices, places, etc. Elmore & Sons wasn't on anybody's radar, but I bet that's about to change. We also talked about sand for my clay garden as well as other things and despite it being a busy time for the company, they made time to thoroughly answer any question I had. Asked if they could dump half the mulch at my house and half at my neighbors, they said that would be no problem at all.
