Horrible customer service. Told this guy on the phone that the coil he sold me is defective and all I wanted was a replacement. He tells me they do not take back electrical components. I am not asking him to take it back, but to replace. He then tells me to bring in the mower so he can look at it at $35 per hour. Really! Stay away from this company.
