I'm trying to contact the Superintendent office. My concern is why are Maximum inmates (Death Row) being considered to be housed at Chillicothe Correctional Institution, especially near a school zone. May be your office is not aware of the situation. I called the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction and all I get is the run arounds about the issue.
