Impossible to make contact with a real person to report a sagging comcast line that is a hazardous situation. This companies refusal to speak with customers and people directly causes hazardous situations that will go not responded to and somebody will likely get hurt or die because of it.

Comcast products and service are great I have TV, (VOIP phone) and internet services all at one time for years they work very well,The Staff they are kind, friendly and good to me. The techs they have had to sent out to my home once have been helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and had great communication skills.
