Chico College Housing has been in the apartment rental business in Chico since 1982! 1. Great Apartments: When we say "Huge", we really mean it! Up to 1500 square feet of living space. Some units have a 12 x 18 foot master bedroom with two closets. Other units have a 13 x 20 foot living rooms with a real wood-burning fireplace. 2. Great Locations: Walk across the street and you are on campus property. You can't get much closer than that unless you live in the dorms. How great will it be to roll out of bed 15 minutes before class, and not be late! 5. Responsive Management: You won't get the run around at College Property Management. You will be dealing directly with the owner. It is my goal to handle all management duties as quickly and fairly as possible.
