They are the RUDEST people I have ever dealt with. The mean hateful lady that answers the phone needs to go to church and be baptized to save her soul. She will not answer your questions without wanting to argue first. She is uninformed and does not have the professionalism to run a business. I'm not sure how they stay in business, unless they are the only water company in town is the reason. They give Culligan a bad name. However, the delivery men are very nice, courteous and are always polite.
