I've been a dental delinquent for an embarrassingly long time... but in 2010, I knew I had to get my act together. After a lot of searching (and a poor experience at another office), I decided to try Smith & Smith. I couldn't be happier! First, the office is extremely modern and clean. The staff are quite friendly, which immediately put me at ease. I saw Dr. Ozzie and felt comfortable as soon as we met. He's very gentle (which is great, but I have an intense fear of anyone touching my teeth) and then took the time to explain my follow-up care. I've been back to the office several times since then, and have referred several people. One friend needed a crown and was able to get it the same day (which is awesome, because she didn't have to wait the customary 2 weeks!). Each time I've been to Smith & Smith has been an excellent experience. I'm done searching for a dentist!

I have been so impressed by this office and their staff. The technology they have is amazing. They have a camera to show you your teeth! I needed an "onlay" done, its bigger than a cavity but smaller than a root canal. They needed to make a large piece to fit into the part of my tooth they had removed. They took 3D images of my tooth, used a computer to design the piece they needed and then made the piece right there. All while I watched a little tv! Many offices in this city that have a lot of technology and fancy stuff feel like used car lots where they are constantly trying to upsell you a tooth whitening or some other cosmetic procedure. Drs. Ozzie and Patrick are not like this. They really care about the health of my teeth and have been wonderful!

Excellent customer service from the front to the back. Great service from all.
