I initially took my car for an alignment that cost $49.99 and an oil change that cost $36.99. A half an hour after dropping off my vehicle I received a phone call from one of their mechanics saying my car have some damage parts that if not replace with they will not be able to do the alignment. They ensure me that with the new parts they will be able to perform the alignment. I gave them the ok although it surprise me how much they told me my total was going to be, I just wanted my car fix. I left very unhappy with the car still pulling to the left no alignment whatsoever. I was told to bring the car back to get it fix, I brought it back only to hear another excuse why my car did not took the alignment. I left again very unhappy. I first came to Quick oil with an alignment problem, came back a second time only to fix what I have already paid for and left again without the problem being resolved. I will never use this place again after doing some research on the parts I found out they charge more money for parts that PepBoys, Napa and/or O'Reilly sell them for. I was not satisfied with the service they perform and specially after they told me there is nothing they can do about it. I went there with a problem and left twice with the same problem.
