While shopping in a Macy's Water Tower Dept, I found (3) clerks standing at the register yet not one made an offer or gesture of help. I had questions(no answers) and finally decided to just purchase items. They were not interested in checking prices or my coupon situation even though I questioned the prices and my receipt total. I was asked 'Do you want these or not!? I took the items. When home I went to my local Macy's and learned each item been wrong at the wrong price (one by more than 1/2), they were eligible for coupons that I had received in the mail, and the highest price item was charged to me twice! I have yet to receive a refund for the double ring because everyone tells me 'It is not our problem'!
