The employees here do not appear clean. The attitudes are very negative and uncaring. They ignore customers while they hold personal conversations. They (employees) are eye-rollers if you ask for something extra with your meal. The lines are usually long and you are greeted with no smile just a ' I-hate-my-job-what-do-you-want?' attitude

This is a scenic bi-level store with great documentaries on the wall and a great viewing Chicago's State Street below, but first you have to get pass the nasty employees here and hope you can enjoy your meal.

There are a lot of beggars that harass you coming in and leaving the restaurant...it's a depressing place to dine.
