1)Punctuality of lawyer: Poor. Doesn't show up on time on most occasions and also during my very first meeting was late by 20-25 min approx. 2) Poor Client-Attorney Communication: A major issue experienced, conveys something to the client and does something else. I felt mislead by the attorney and had to ultimately change the attorney. 3) Poor Record Keeping - One important document was not shared with me 4) Experienced issues with billing and practice do not send monthly billing statements as well. Assured a free consultation for the very first initial conversation but when I checked the bill - I was billed for that. Not satisfied with billing practices of this practice. Will not recommend to anyone.
