Chicago Parent Solutions is by far the best nanny agency! Kristina, the owner was a pleasure to work with - very loyal, dedicated, good listener and very efficient. She understood what we were looking for in a candidate and sent us three nannies to interview within a few days. We are so happy with the nanny we picked; Maria is very warm, caring, reliable and has a background in children's education. During the process, Kristina was always easy to reach and excellent with follow through.We couldn't be more happy with the service we got at Chicago Parent Solutions. I highly recommend Chicago Parent Solutions to everyone because Kristina the owner goes above and beyond to make sure you find the best nanny! I have spent so much time working with other nanny agencies before I found out about Chicago Parent Solutions! I'm amazed at how quickly Kristina found a perfect nanny for our 1 year old son! Kristina is a wonderful listener, she truly cares about your chilcare needs. She arranged interviews with three highly qualified candidates, but after meeting the first nanny we knew she was the best fit to our family! Then Kristina provided us with the results of background checks, the family and nanny agreement template, daily nanny log and also gave us many good advices how to integrate nanny into our family. She was very helpful through all the process. The placement fee was very affordable, in fact it was much lower than other nanny agencies charge!
