Needed roofing repairs on our 3 flat called a few roofing contractors and we took some bids , john and his team was the best bid and we went ahead and started work following day, they were on time , knew what they were looking for as far as leaks were concerned,cleaned up after they left. no problems since roof was repaired, we will call them again we have other building in chicago

We had some water coming in from our roof and called Chicago Flat Roof Experts during a storm. They came out the next morning exactly when they said and started looking for the problem.
After finding where it was coming from They gave me a price and said they would try to get it all fixed that day. His crew stayed until 9pm in the freezing cold trying to finish, then came back the next morning.
They kept me updated along the way with pictures of the progress and answered every question I had. This team was very professional and would definitely recommend them.

I Rarely Leave Comments But This Was One Of Those Exceptions , I Had A Major Issue Last Month With My Building Leaking .I Can Not Afford For Materials To Get Damaged So I Called Some Companies To Check The Leak Out As It Was An Emergency.Well 2 Did Not Show Up And The Others Were Not Appealing To Me. But Kevin And His Guy Came Out And Went Up On The Roof Took Pictures And Gave Me An Immediate Solution For My Roof. I Will Recommend Them To Anyone Who Needs Roofing Work With A Honest And Trustworthy Company , They Were On Time Didn't Try To Sell Me More Then I Needed And Saved Me A Lot Of Damage In A 20,000 Square Foot Building...Lynn

Needed Roof Repairs Called Flat Roof Experts, They Came Out On Time Gave Me A Estimate On A Rental Property Also Provided Me With Pictures Of The Damage. I Signed The Contract The Next Day And Following Day Had The Crew Out And To My Surprise Was Finished Same Day And Left Everything Clean!! Not To Mention They Gave Me The Best Price Out Of 3 Companies... I Will Use Them Again

Own Some Rental Properties In The City And Had Roofing Problems Was Two Of My Buildings. So I Called 4 Roofing Contractors Out To Look At The Roofs And See What Needs To Be Done, 2 Said New Roofs We Need To Tear Off Old Roofs,1 I did Not Even Take His Opinion..... But The Guys From Flat Roof Experts Said I Needed A Re-Roof On 1 And They Could Restore The Other, The Guys Sent Me Pictures Of The Roofs And Provided Me With Some Good Prices & References So I Went With Them On Both Roofing Contracts I Will Recommend And Use These Guys Again
