I purchased a printer from the store and when I went to install the program onto my computer, the CD with the program was totally cracked. I called to ask if I could get a replacement and the lady helping me told me I could not purchase a new CD. I explained the situation and told her all I wanted was a replacement. Once again, she said no and said I would have to bring the whole printer back. I called another best buy in the area and they said they would give me a new CD...no hassles!
