I received wonderful service from Andersen's this weekend! I had an emergency after hours leak. They arrived quickly, addressed the situation quickly, and we're off to work. Jim quoted me the price, and I was pleasantly surprised. Less than I was expecting which is always nice! Dan and Ralph were very polite and courteous, and not terribly messy. Now, since they repaired the leak, we have the best water pressure we've had in years! Thanks guys! I highly recommend Andersen's.

I read the negative review about this company. All I can say is, we used them and they are the best. Prompt, polite and professional. We found them on the BBB site, where they have an A+ rating. I now understand why. So to the complainant who referred to them as a- hole, you must be a child.

We called Andersen Plumbing for frozen pipes that burst in our house this winter. In this day and age it unusual to get such an exceptional response and quality of service. Not only did they respond immediately, they were professional, courteous and very reasonably priced in spite of the fact that we were desparate. We had water gushing into our kitchen, dining room and the sheet rock was falling off the walls and ceilings. We were in big trouble. They came right out, stopped the problem, replumbed the entire house and once and for all solved our frozen pipe problems which stemmed from plumbing that was routed in an unconditioned crawl space in our old house. This was in the dead of winter. Since they fixed the problem and even when temperatures plummeted to much lower than they were that day for even longer periods of time, we have never had another problem. They even helped clean up the mess of all of the sheet rock that fell off the walls and all of the water on the floors. The plumbers were so thorough and we were so impressed that we decided to give them our rehab job on a 12 unit building which had all sorts of code violations to solve. They perfomed masterfully once again. We continue to use them on a regular basis for our commercial projects as well as residential work. We have used many plumbers over the years and it is an understatement to say that these guys were the best at what they do. Having read an earlier less favorable review, I can only say it doesn't add up given our many positive experiences with Andersen Plumbing.

Hired them to fix a problem and not only did they leave without finishing the job - leaving 18 families with no hot water - but they REFUSED to come out and fix the problem when we called them to make them aware of the situation. Owners comments were "my men worked to 6:30 - I can't send them back out the fact that you have old pipes is not my problem." Umm...yes, you are a plumber so the pipes are your problem if they worked prior to your interference.



I strongly recommend using a vendor that has better customer service, completes a job on schedule, is able to troubleshoot and anticipate problems that may occur throughout the process and fixes things they break.
