This company was recommended to me by my printer company (because it is under warranty). I have used them twice in the past, with the same issue being the reason for having to return. The man who fixes the equipment is very unprofessional. He claimed to speak with the company who is paying him to fix my printer and said that the problem is not under warranty - when in fact it is. I can say that it is because I contact the company prior to bringing in the printer to them and secondly I called them after I left and they reassigned the job to another business - who fixed the printer and I did not have to pay anything. I would not trust leaving my any equipment with this place, and would suggest (as I did) that retailers find another company to send their customers to. Active Copier represents major businesses who outsource to them and this is how Active Copier treat them.In case I was not clear before, I will not be going back to this place and suggest you do not.
