I used to travel past many grocers in the south suburbs to get to Ultra, but as of late, the help has become increasingly rude and short when asked for assistance. I asked a butcher working the cases where to find pork tenderloin and he never looked up , never spoke, just pointed in the general direction. Hey thanks so much....Never see management on the floor anymore so I will return to Walts and at least feel they acknowledge my presence.
