Told me he would do installation and to "call to remind him" in 3 weeks. I called to remind him and he told me he didn't want to do it. Horrible customer service.

Contracted to do our glass shower. Work and finished appeared to be excellent but developed leaks quickly. Took a bit for them to come back, but when they did person said their other guy did not install it correctly. This person reworked it and now is ok.

Asked for them to come look at doors that leaked as the GC did not install them correctly. Took these guys over a month to come and do a quote - then refused to do the work.

Not very professional when we were willing to pay them premium prices to fixed a couple of issues.
