This is run by Don Rey who was the head cook at the Tortilla Factory. He had a restaurant downtown Cheyenne but moved back to this spot a couple months ago.
My son and I went in there on a Sunday, hardly anyone in the joint. Sat down and waited 10 minutes for a waitress. Trash and pretzels on the floor, no waitress. We got up and left after 10 minutes of being ignored. The downfall of Don Rey's other restaurant was having his family work there, I don't know what the problem is here, I'll never go back, filthy.
