Morality here is very poor--crew is very hard to work with and management is in need of direction.

I am always taking my car back for flats. They can never seem to fix my flats. I dont think they even remove the tire.Mgmt is very rude to his employees in front of customers

Took my vehicle in for 4 new tires and got a free alignment. Very impressed with the price, service and people. Would for sure recommend this business to family and friends.

I came in to get tires on my vehicle and asked specifically if they were affiliated with Discount Tire Co. (as my family has ALWAYS done business with the,) The associate said absolutely that they were. After purchasing tires I got a flat a couple of days later and stopped at a Discount Tire Co. location only to discover that The guys at Discount Tire and service LIED to me and are NOT affiliated with Discount Tire Co.!!! The guys at the REAL Discount Tire Co. were very friendly and still fixed my tire for free and now that they have a location on Bromley lane I will continue to do my business with the REAL Discount Tire and not these imposters.

I've been buying tires for multiple vehicles from these guys for more than 10 years. Rarely a problem and if one occurs they correct it promptly and effectively. Roy, Jerry, and all the staff have been great!!
