Great. Efficient. Helpful. Professional.

First time as a patient and found this to be an efficiently run practice. Staff were all friendly and attenti e to my needs.

I am so grateful for the services of Dr. G. He was everything you hope for in a doctor. He took the time to listen, helped with a plan going forward and gave excellent care. I would recommend this facility to anyone who wants an amazing doctor with an exceptional staff.

Staff was very helpful with answering questions about payments and insurance. The Dr I saw was awesome, her and her assistant were thorough and took the time to explain what the were testing and what the results were. Great place to go.

Excellent patient care! I have never gotten much help with myself or my son and we have received top notch service help and knowledge! I am very great full to all of you for all of your help from registration to nursing staff to the physician. Absolutely loved it there.

I had a great time, y’all! Like getting tested for allergies takes AWHILE and it’s not exactly supposed to be a fun experience. William was my RN and I swear we laughed for like the two hours while I was there and he made sure to explain everything in great detail to me. Dr. G was great too as he checked back in constantly to diagnose my allergies. I had a really great time overall.

The doctor and nurse were very nice, but not very welcoming. Sometimes parents or patients themselves can’t read their doctor and nurses very well, and it can feel as if there isn’t a place to share your concerns or thoughts. The doctors and nurses did give me opportunities to ask questions, which was good, but there also needs to be room for patients and parents to share additional comments they think might be helpful. I just didn’t feel at any moment that they were willing to listen to my additional thoughts. I also felt like things weren’t really explained to me. I did ask questions and they did answer them, but as someone who doesn’t have a medical degree I don’t have the capacity to even know what questions to ask. It would be helpful if the doctors and nurses were even more informative and explained more what they were doing. Most parents go home to share the info with a spouse or family member, it helps to have more right ups and pamphlets to explain what just happened and what it next.
