Provided by YP.comI ordered a socket from Harrington lights. They accepted my order and charged my credit card. Then I received an email saying that the order would be delayed "about a week". I waited a week then cancelled the order. They charged me a $2.00 "adminitrative fee. Refused to give me a total refund. What a rip-off!
